About

Built by a team that had to run one.

It started as one youth mountain biking team's answer to a practical problem — sign-in sheets, group texts, and spreadsheets that didn't scale past a dozen members. It's grown into a platform for any team that practices, meets, or competes together, built and run today by Maddtech.

Every feature on this site exists because a coach needed it on a real Tuesday afternoon — not because it looked good on a roadmap.

The problem

Youth teams run on volunteers. Coaches are tracking fifty members' medical info, sub-groups, and attendance from a phone between everything else they're doing, then answering the same "what time is practice" text for the fifth time that week.

Spreadsheets don't check anyone in. Group texts don't track who actually showed up. Paper sign-in sheets don't sync with anything.

What we built instead

A single tool that handles check-in, RSVP, roster sync, sub-groups, and coach communication — built specifically for the shape of a real team's season, not adapted from generic scheduling software.

It's been running a real team's actual practices, actual roster, and actual medical data since day one — see how that team describes it on our testimonials page. Nothing on this site is a mockup of a feature that doesn't exist yet.

What we care about

  • Exactness over hand-waving

Check-in times, medical data, and roster status need to be right, not "close enough." The product is built to that standard, not a marketing standard.

  • No feature without a real need

Every capability shipped because a real team's own coaches hit a wall without it — not because a competitor had it.

  • Coaches and parents, not just admins

The people using this on a Tuesday afternoon aren't IT staff. Every screen is built for someone standing in a parking lot, not sitting at a desk.
