Team Operations is a subscription service for sports teams, provided by MADD TECH INDUSTRIES LLC (“Maddtech”), 4214 Shamans Drive, Marietta, GA 30062. By creating a team or using a team's site you agree to these terms.
The person who creates a team is its administrator and is responsible for who they add, the roles they give, and the accuracy of what the team records. Keep your password private. You must be old enough to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.
Plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it. We may change prices with advance notice.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload it, no accessing other teams' data, and no using it to harass anyone. Team administrators must have the right to collect the information they enter, including consent from parents or guardians for minors.
Your team's data belongs to your team. We use it only to provide the service. You can export it and ask us to delete it.
Team Operations records that a waiver was shown to a person. It does not create, replace or verify the legal waiver itself. Each team is responsible for its own waivers, medical and safety procedures.
Team administrators decide what messages go out (in the app, as browser notifications, by email and, where turned on, by text message). They must have each person's permission to contact them, and people can turn their own notifications off in their account settings.
Team Operations stores the medical and emergency details a team chooses to collect so coaches can see them. We do not check this information, and it is not medical advice. Teams stay responsible for how they use it.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend a team that breaks these terms.
